Remove Packaging
Removing stretch wrap film, tier sheets, corner boards, banding,  and dunnage is what LOCK N’ POP is all about!  Move and transport loads securely using  minimal amounts of tertiary packaging. Products are available for various shipping containers such as corrugated boxes, multi-wall paper bags, new BOPP poly bags, shrink packs, carton multi packs and other packaging formats.
Reduce Packaging
By using LOCK N’ POP for load unitization, stretch film consumption can typically be reduced by 30-100% .  Reduction is based on a number of variables which require detailed review.  Bagged product ,such as pet food or flour,  is currently being shipped without  any stretch wrap.  Tier sheets can typically be reduced from multiple corrugated or chipboard sheets to one kraft paper sheet.  Bonding bottom tiers to  pallet eliminates need for extra wrap used to secure load to deck.
Reuse Packaging
LOCK N’ POP becomes part of the surface of the package.  Uniquely, it leaves virtually no impression of its presence, no tacky feel, and no unsightly residue.  Because of this attribute,  LOCK N’ POP will not impair the ability to reuse any packaging.
Renew (able)
Standard LOCK N’ POP products  are  made of renewable plant materials.  LOCK N’ POP does not rely on petroleum.  All products  are water-based  with FDA 175.105 approved ingredients for indirect food contact.  Standard products are free of VOC’s.   Water  will absorb into the packaging and eventually evaporate into the air to become a part of the ecosystem.
Recycle (able)
LOCK N’ POP becomes part of the packaging surface. As per ASTM D5999-96 LOCK N’ POP does not interfere with the paper re-pulping process.  Unlike hot melt or PSA’s, LOCK N’ POP does not create “stickies” which require special separation and disposal.  Our materials dissolve effortlessly in water.
Revenue
LOCK N’ POP typically saves in unitizing cost. Due to efficiencies that are added in the end-of-line operations such as reduced time at wrappers,  reduced maintenance and replenishment times , total applied cost is lower and ROI very favorable. Unlike petroleum based films and hot melts, LOCK N’ POP cost is stable.   Unlike hot melt adhesives, LOCK N’ POP is applied cold and uses minimal energy. LOCK N’ POP also produces competitively priced application systems allowing for “one stop shopping and service”.
